OHV PARK LAWS AND REGULATIONS
It is unlawful and constitutes an infraction/misdemeanor for any person to violate or fail to comply with any of the following provisions in any recreation area (Stanislaus County Code, Title 18, Parks and Recreation)

Deer, Wild Pig, and Rabbit Hunting Season at Frank Raines Regional Park Minniear Day Use Area in Del Puerto Canyon (Zone A).

ANNUAL PERMITS AND FEES

Maximum number of permits available during the week (Monday through Friday) – 20

Maximum number of permits available during the weekend (Saturday through Sunday) – 20

Hunting permit fee per week or weekend: $20 per hunter, per week/ per weekend

Hunting permit – annual (valid July-June hunting season): $125 per hunter. (check for available dates)

Common species in the area – Wild Pig, Deer, and Rabbit

Submit your Hunting License and CDL to parks-admin@parksrec.org to start the process of requesting a permit

As a further measure to protect the health, safety and welfare of person using a recreation area, any person violating a provision of Stanislaus County, California County Code Title 18, or, while in a recreation area, any provision of state law, may be ordered, by an officer or employee authorized to enforce the provisions of this title, to leave all or part of a recreation area and not to re-enter such area for any period up to twelve months. Any person ordered to leave a recreation area pursuant to this section shall not be entitled to a refund of any park user fees. Failure to obey such order shall be a misdemeanor. (Ord. CS 512 §9, 1993).
